Cancellation policy
You must allow 48 hours when cancelling your appointment. If you do not turn up or fail to give sufficient notice of cancellation, full price will be charged.
Bookings & appointments
When booking your appointment, you must ensure you’re booking the right service. For example, if you book a plain colour manicure, but during your appointment if you ask for art/glitter to be added I may not have
the time to add these in.
If you have an example of what you want in advance, you can send me a photo to check how to correctly book that in.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and message me when you have arrived, and I can inform you when I am ready for you to come in.
We currently do not have any “waiting area” facilities, so if you are early please wait in your car, or outside.
If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse your treatment.
Please attend your appointment alone. To ensure a safe environment I can only accommodate 2 people (including myself) in the treatment room
at one time.
If you leave your lash extension infills or acrylic nail extension infills for longer than 3 weeks, which is the recommended time, they may need to be treated as a new set & you will be charged accordingly.
Toilet facilities are not available. Please respect this and message me in advance if this is going to cause an issue.
New clients
you must be aged 16 & over for all treatments at evoke beauty.
All new clients will be asked for a £10 deposit to secure their first appointment. This is so we can reduce the risk of time wasting due to no shows. The £10 will then be deducted from the cost of your first treatment.
On arrival you will be required to complete a client contact form, please ensure you fill this out as accurately as possible.
Patch tests
lash lift and all tinting treatments require a patch test to be done 48 hours before your treatment can go ahead.
Patch tests must be renewed every 6 months.
This is mandatory.
Payments
Payments can be made via cash, card, BAC’s or Paypal. If you require any details prior your appointment, please contact me & I can send them to you. Payments will be made on the day of your appointment.
Failure to pay will result no further bookings being accepted.
